What YOU will be DOing:

Working with clients
-
Developing a good understanding of client’s companies, industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment

Building long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients
-
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and tests, along with creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
-
Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants
-
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
2. Working with Candidates
-
Headhunting; Sourcing, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates through different tools
-
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships

Deeply understand the candidates through interviews, assess their skills and experience, their career goals, and their suitability for different roles

Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, benefits of the job, and career development opportunities

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements for both clients and candidates
What YOU need to HAVE:

Min. education Bachelor's degree

Min. 1-year experience in recruiting

A genuine passion for resourcing, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
-
Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide, and advise

The Ability to direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter
-
A drive to meet targets, in a particular time and cost to hire to the business

Experienced recruiters are welcome to apply

Excellent English language skills both oral and written
