What YOU will be DOing: 

  1. Working with clients

  • Developing a good understanding of client’s companies, industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment

  • Building long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and tests, along with creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

  • Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants

  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client ​

  2. Working with Candidates

  • Headhunting;  Sourcing, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates through different tools

  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships

  • Deeply understand the candidates through interviews, assess their skills and experience, their career goals, and their suitability for different roles

  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, benefits of the job, and career development opportunities

  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements for both clients and candidates

What YOU need to HAVE:

  1. Min. education Bachelor's degree

  2. Min. 1-year experience in recruiting

  3. A genuine passion for resourcing, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude

  4. Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide, and advise

  5. The Ability to direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter

  6. A drive to meet targets, in a particular time and cost to hire to the business

  7. Experienced recruiters are welcome to apply

  8. Excellent English language skills both oral and written
