Job Description:

Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring and selection process for requirements generating in Bawana Margatama.

 

Working with Clients

  1. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture, and environment

  2. Visiting clients to build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients

  3. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

  4. Preparing CV report and correspondence to process to clients regarding suitable applicants

  5. Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client

 

Working with Candidates

  1. Headhunting – Sourcing, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates through by different tools

  2. Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

  3. Deeply understand the candidates through interviews, assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles

  4. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, benefits of the job and career development opportunities

  5. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements to both clients and candidates

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum education Bachelor's degree

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting

  3. A genuine passion for resourcing, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

  4. Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise

  5. Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter

  6. A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business
