As a Telesales Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales team meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring sales calls, providing feedback and coaching, and creating reports to help us improve our sales processes.
The job involves, but not limited to:
Listening to Telesales Officer's recordings during sales calls and providing information according to established procedures and scripts.
Determining rules for call monitoring and informing the Telesales Team Lead about the findings from the verification process that do not comply with the procedures on a daily basis.
Providing guidance/coaching to Telesales who do not meet the applicable assessment standards and creating a daily call monitoring report.
Creating weekly and monthly reports that have been established to be reported to the telesales manager.

Min. Diploma / Bachelor's degree of any major
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Has a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telesales QC.
Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (specifically Ms Excel)
Has good communication skills.
Hardworking and enjoys challenges; Willing to work with targets.
Disciplined, quick to learn, agile & versatile.
