We are looking for an experienced and energized Telesales Team Lead to manage and mentor our telesales team. As a Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through effective coaching and training. You will work closely with our telesales manager and team to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor and analyze sales metrics, and provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Manage and lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth

• Provide regular coaching and training to improve sales skills and product knowledge

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
