As an IVANTI ITSM professional, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT service management processes using Ivanti IT Service Management. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all ITSM tools and technologies are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Min. of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti IT Service Management
Proficient in IT service management processes and best practices, such as ITIL.
Experience with ITSM tools and technologies
Experience in training and mentoring others on ITSM tools and processes.
This is a 12 months contract
